Autocad

Today, I have learn how to use and change different measuring units. Then, how to create points and lines, how to use them in the space and how to hook to different objects.

Aujourd’hui,j’ai appris comment utiliser et changer différentes unités de mesures. Ensuite, comment créer des points et des lignes, comment les utiliser dans l’espace et comment s’accorocher à différent objets.

Autocad

Today, I have started to learn Autocad. My first lesson was to get familiar with the program itself, how to change the font color and the cursor, how to open different type of files and how to save them. Also, I’ve learn how to use the mouse and different ways to view the work.

Aujourd’hui, j’ai commencé à apprendre Autcad. Ma première lesson était de me familiariser avec le programme lui-même. Comment changer la couleur de l’écran de fond et du curseur, comment ouvrir différentes sortes de dossiers et comment les sauvegarder. Aussi, j’ai appris comment utiliser la souris et les différentes façons de visualiser le travail.

Gyllespie and Islington ecology centre

Today I went to the Gyllespie and Islington ecology centre. This site is a really interresting nature reserve as it has an amazing diversity of habitats, from dry meadows to woods, it also has a huge biodiversity and a centre open to everyone who wants to learn a little more about this place and ecology.

Aujourd’hui je suis allée au Gyllespie et Islington centre au nord de Londres. Ce site est une très interressante reserve naturelle avec une formidable diversité d’habitats, des pelouses sèches au bois. La reserve a aussi une énorme biodiversité et un centre ouvert pour tout ceux qui veulent en apprendre un peu plus au sujet de ce lieux et de l’écologie.

Turner at the Tate Britain

As David advice us, I went to the Tate Britain to look at Turner’s paintings and especially is sketches. I really enjoyed to see his amazing work but I’m not sure that to see his work is really going to help me to improve my drawing skills as everything I saw just enforce my beliefs some people have more abilities for drawing and that I am not one of them!

Comme David nous l’a onseillé, je suis allée au Tate Britain pour voir les paintures de Turner et spécialement ses skethes. J’ai vraiment apprécié son travail magnifique mais je ne suis pas sure que de voir son travail va m’aider à améliorer mes aptitudes au dessin. Je pense que tout ce que j’ai vu aujourd’hui a simplement renforcé mon idée que certaines personnes sont très douées pour le dessin et que je ne suis pas l’une d’entre eux!

Greenwich peninsula ecology park

Today I went to Greenwich peninsula to visit the Millenium village for my project and discovered that they had a natural reserve. It’s habitat is the one of fresh water ponds which is perfect for a lot of birds coming from the Thames. The most interresting part of this park is that it is very close to habitations but still successful it is a real part of the Millenium village community as children can come and participate to the maintenance works.

Aujourd’hui, je suis allée sur la péninsule de Greenwich, au sud de Londres pour visiter le Millenium village pour mon projet et j’ai découvert qu’il y avait aussi une reserve naturelle. Son habitat est celui de mares ce qui est parfait pour grand nombre d’oiseaux vu la proximité de la réserve sur la Tamise. La plus interressante partie de cette réserve est le fait qu’elle soit très proche des habitations mais quand même réussie. elle fait vraiment partie de la ommunauté du Millenium village et ses enfants peuvent participer à sa maintenance.

Powerpoint

Today I met a friend who explained to me how to properly use powerpoint program. It is a very easy to understand program but has a few options that not everyone knows. I especially focused on how to link different pages of a file. When known how to use, it makes it easier to navigate through a project or essay.

Aujourd’hui, j’ai rencontré un ami qui m’a expliqué comment utiliser proprement le programme powerpoint. C’est un programme très facile a comprendre mais a quelques options que tout le monde ne connais pas. Je me suis particulièrement interressée à une technique permettant de lier différentes pages d’un dossier. une fois que l’on sait comment ça marche celarend la navigation dans un projet ou essais beaucoup plus facile.
